File your Free Application for Federal Student Aid via the Internet. Request a PIN at www.pin.ed.gov. Once you have your PIN, complete the FAFSA online at www.fafsa.ed.gov.

Once printed, complete the application and mail it to the address indicated. You may also fax the documents to the Tulsa location at (918) 610-1111 or the Shawnee/Oklahoma City location at (405) 878-5198. Please be sure to fax the application to the attention of your Enrollment Counselor.
